TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these terms carefully before using our sales consulting services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Altus Sales LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for sales consulting services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Altus Sales LTD.

Important: If you do not agree to these terms, please do not engage our services.

2. Service Description

Altus Sales LTD provides professional sales consulting services including:

  • Strategic Alignment & Optimization
  • Sales Force Effectiveness & Empowerment
  • Technology & Process Integration
  • Corporate sales training programs
  • Sales process audits and optimization
  • Market analysis and competitive intelligence

Service Delivery

Our services are delivered through our proven four-step methodology: Initial Assessment, Customized Solution Development, Implementation & Execution, and Continuous Improvement. Specific deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project outcomes, clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during assessments
  • Grant reasonable access to relevant personnel and data
  • Participate actively in the consulting process
  • Implement recommendations in good faith
  • Make timely payments as agreed
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies

4. Payment Terms

Pricing Structure

Service fees are determined based on project scope, duration, and complexity. Detailed pricing will be provided in individual proposals and service agreements.

Payment Schedule

  • Initial consultation fees are due upon booking
  • Project fees typically require 50% payment upfront
  • Remaining balance due within 30 days of project completion
  • Monthly retainer services billed in advance

Late Payments

Overdue payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Proprietary Methods

All methodologies, frameworks, templates, and training materials developed by Altus Sales remain our exclusive intellectual property. The Sales Amplification Framework™ and related proprietary tools are protected by copyright.

Client Work Product

Customized strategies, assessments, and recommendations created specifically for your organization become your property upon full payment. However, we retain the right to use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Materials

Any third-party tools, software, or materials used during our engagement remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of business information shared during consulting engagements. Altus Sales commits to:

  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information
  • Using information solely for the purpose of delivering services
  • Implementing appropriate data security measures
  • Not disclosing information to third parties without written consent

Note: Confidentiality obligations survive termination of our engagement and remain in effect indefinitely.

7. Performance Expectations

Results Disclaimer

While we are committed to delivering excellence and measurable improvements, specific business outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee specific revenue increases, cost reductions, or other quantitative results.

Best Efforts Standard

Altus Sales will perform all services using professional standards consistent with industry best practices. Our recommendations are based on experience, analysis, and proven methodologies.

Client Implementation

The success of our recommendations depends significantly on proper implementation by your organization. We provide guidance and support, but execution remains your responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from client's failure to implement recommendations
  • Claims must be brought within one year of service completion

Professional Indemnity: Altus Sales maintains professional indemnity insurance to protect both parties in our consulting relationships.

9. Termination

Termination by Client

Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Fees for completed work and committed resources remain due.

Termination by Altus Sales

We reserve the right to terminate engagements for non-payment, breach of agreement, or if continuation would compromise our professional standards.

Post-Termination

Upon termination, we will deliver completed work products and return confidential materials as requested.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR. Our data handling practices include:

  • Collecting only necessary information for service delivery
  • Implementing appropriate technical and organizational safeguards
  • Retaining data only as long as necessary for business purposes
  • Providing data access and deletion rights as required by law

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving any concerns through direct communication. If formal dispute resolution becomes necessary, we prefer mediation before litigation.

12. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Individual service agreements may contain specific terms that supplement or modify these general terms of service.
